Mike, you and Laura are spot on. The Safe Cig is the most atrocious company to have to deal with that I’ve ever encountered. Their lack of service borders on fraud with them willfully displaying products for sale and in stock on their site yet not fulfilling orders despite taking money. And if you try to speak to someone, no dice. You have to use email. If you try to chat with someone on their site, you get a horribly misinformed and incapable individual who isn’t allowed to view accounts or orders.

I, too, will never give them business and will do all I can to spread the word that this once wonderful company with a great product has gone down hill dramatically. And as Mike indicated, their cartridges are rubbish only lasting for a short while, some not even fully charged properly. They used to provide people with a pretty consistent product but I have had more issues with receiving some carts that tasted like burning wick after two puffs than I ever have.

Do yourself a favor, avoid Safe Cig at all costs!!

I tried a South Beach in mid September and haven’t had a regular cigarette since! They are great!!

I have been a customer of South Beach Smoke for a little over 8 months. I was actually pretty happy with them but just recently had my battery upgraded to the new supermax battery they just introduced. Wow – is all I can say. The term “night and day” is often used but this really was night and day. There is so much vapor now and its so much easier to draw. The vanilla flavor (which is what i use – i know girly) actually tastes better as a result of the new battery. I was happy before but I am head over heels with south beach smoke now. What a great product.

Being the coffee nut that I am, I have to say that V2′s coffee flavor is just unreal. I swear I have tried every single ecig that has offered the coffee flavor and none of them came close to matching V2. Anyone who loves coffee like I do needs to check out the V2 version. I’m telling you, it will blow your mind!!

I switched from njoy to the safe cig about 4 monthes ago. I have experienced problems like the ones laura describes, though not with the same frequency. I like the safe cig because to me it tastes much better and is not nearly as harsh as njoy. These are the only two brands I have tried so I can’t say that the safe cig is the best, but I can say that it is the best one I have tried.

V2 is a wonderful product overall. IMO it is the best tasting electronic cigarette on the market. The flavors are so strong and full that I had no problem at all making the switch from regular cigarettes. The fact that you can get a starter kit for only $59 is just incredible value (I got almost the same exact kit from white cloud and it cost me $189.99!!!). I though the people on the phone were trying to rush me a little, but that is just nitpicking. This product is worth that kind of problem IMO. V2 is without a doubt the best electronic cigarette out there right now.

Greensmoke is still the only brand that I use (although your reviews do make me wanna try other brands). I’m afraid to get away from greensmoke because I have been satisfied with them and do not want to mess up a good thing. There was one time that they did not have the flavors I wanted in stock, but overall their support has been good. I also happen to think that they taste great (esp compared to what I was expecting). I want to try other brands, but I would recommend greensmoke to anyone.

I just wanted to stop by and say that your site is hands down the best ecig site out there. I had never even heard of V2 until puffweb reviewed them. I agree with the majority that V2 is the best tasting ecig I have tried and I have yet to experience a customer support problem and I have been using them for about 6 monthes now. I really want to thank you for the good work you guys do here and let you know that for at least one person it has really left an impression. Keep up the great reviews

Blu is one of the most inexpensive ecigs on the market. the $59.95 starter kit price is far below that of other big time electronic cigarettes. I know that may scare some people off who think cheap automaticly equals bad, but to me Blu held it’s own with every other ecig I have tried. The vivid vanilla was an excellent flavor that I enjoyed more than any flavor offered by any other ecig brand. Again, for $59.95 you really can’t beat the value of Blu. I am not sure why someone posted above that they were too expensive. I have seen starter kits for other ecigs cost almost $200.

I would agree that the “throat hit” can leave your throat a little dry and maybe even cause a cough or two. Me personally I liked that because it pretty much felt like I was taking a drag of a real cigarette. For someone like me who loves smoking and did not want to try anything else, this was a blessing. Now everyone I know is not on my case all the time about my smoking and I have something that gives me what I crave without a lot of the complicated health questions. IMO Greensmoke and really all ecigs should be given a parade lol.
