There are several types of E-cig Designs out there, but I am going to cover the 2 most common designs. The first is a 3 part design, the second is the superior 2 part design, which is my preference.

3 Part Design

The first part of the “3 part design” is the battery. The battery is what provides the power to the atomizer to turn the liquid nicotine into vapor.

The second is the “Atomizer”. This is what atomizes the nicotine solution into vapor so you may inhale it. The atomizers eventually wear out, and need to be replaced. This is not an issue with a 2 part design.

The final part is the cartridge, which simply holds the liquid nicotine solution.

2 Part Design

With a 2 part design, you get a more sanitary, easier to use, and longer lasting E-Cigarette.

The first part is the battery, which you of course recharge at night.

The second is whats called a “Cartomizer”. This is Nicotine Cartridge with a built in atomizer. Plus, the Cartomizers are no more expensive than a normal cartridge.

So, you never have to worry about replacing the atomizer or it getting clogged because you have a brand new one every time you screw in a fresh cartridge.

This makes the 2 Part Design much much easier to use.
