The Safe Cig is a good E-cig. I won’t deny that. But honeslty, I think they are a bit overpriced. They have a good warranty, but I still think with other Ecig companies like V2 out there, they should take a look at thier prices. Once again, they have good flavor, good batteries, good warranty, but you can get a better deal from V2. Check out my V2 Cig Review.

Safe CIg is a great product.
I’m very confused about the high ratings for this company.
I have had nothing but trouble from the start. The product is at best, ok.
The refill quality is not consistent. More than a few refills have not worked properly.
What is much worse though, is their customer service. Or should I say, lack of customer service. No one can help you on the phone unless you are placing an order. Then, each time you e-mail them, you get a reply that says they will look into your issue within 48 hours. I have been going back and forth with them for over 4 weeks now, trying to resolve a issue.
That is not even my major complaint. What I feel is much worse is that they are consistently out of the refils I need. I have twice now had to order different refills than what I usually use just to get something! Today, I was told they are completely out of ALL menthol refills and have no idea when they will be in. I was told the only way for me to find out when they would be restocked is to keep checking the website.
GOODBYE safeCig, I am as of today moving to a new company. This is NOT customer service to me.
Laura, I am sorry to hear about your troubles with the Safe Cig. I never really thought they were the best company, even though they have a decent Ecig.
Honestly, I have always received GREAT customer service from V2 Cigs. Plus their Ecigs are actually better in my opinion. They produce more vapor for sure. If you end up trying V2, please leave a review on the V2 page, I would love to hear your input!
I really have to fully agree with Laura, their customer service is truly horrid!
I have had wasted probably about 30 minutes trying to get a decent response to fix an issue with an incorrect order being shipped(not to mention waiting in between being redirected/response wait)… Just so I could be again eligible for their what I call fraudulent claim of a lifetime battery exchange
Until you get to like 3 pages into the actual exchange process it will then inform you that you must have placed an order within the past 3 months(I originally ordered about $100 in product)
After vaping 2-3 of their cartridges per day when prior I would smoke not even a pack per day, I realized that the vapor cost was defiantly more expensive than smoking cigarettes.(1 cartridge costs ~2.50)
The cartridges I noticed only give about 2 cigarettes of ‘good’ vapor production and then rapidly decline to a quite inadequate amount of vapor.
E-juice can save LOT$$$$$$$$$$$
Still, when compared to other people’s e-cig’s, thesafecig is not as good at producing vapor when compared to other e-cigs(not to mention the batteries are usually cheaper elsewhere).
Mike, you and Laura are spot on. The Safe Cig is the most atrocious company to have to deal with that I’ve ever encountered. Their lack of service borders on fraud with them willfully displaying products for sale and in stock on their site yet not fulfilling orders despite taking money. And if you try to speak to someone, no dice. You have to use email. If you try to chat with someone on their site, you get a horribly misinformed and incapable individual who isn’t allowed to view accounts or orders.
I, too, will never give them business and will do all I can to spread the word that this once wonderful company with a great product has gone down hill dramatically. And as Mike indicated, their cartridges are rubbish only lasting for a short while, some not even fully charged properly. They used to provide people with a pretty consistent product but I have had more issues with receiving some carts that tasted like burning wick after two puffs than I ever have.
Do yourself a favor, avoid Safe Cig at all costs!!
I just wanted to to say that while I’m sorry laura had such problems, I have enjoyed my safe cig experience. I have recieved ample amounts of customer service and have never personally had a problem. I like the safe cig because my battery lasts a long time and I work where I don’t have time to charge it. All the refills I have ever wanted have been there and I have never had a problem like the one laura describes. To me, the safe cig tastes great, is efficent, and has been worth every penny. I’m very happy with my investment. Again, I just wanted to let others know that my experience has been grand and I’m sorry laura’s experience was not.
My experience with the safe cig was overall underwhelming. The battery performance was fine for an ecig, but the vapor release was a little week to me, even after taking a couple of puffs to get it started. I haven’t got to try many of the flavors so I can’t really comment on them, but with the vapor pull being what it is, I have a hard time thinking the flavors are going to be very powerful. If i’m wrong someone is more than welcome to correct me. As it stands I think I am going to try other ecig brands
I switched from njoy to the safe cig about 4 monthes ago. I have experienced problems like the ones laura describes, though not with the same frequency. I like the safe cig because to me it tastes much better and is not nearly as harsh as njoy. These are the only two brands I have tried so I can’t say that the safe cig is the best, but I can say that it is the best one I have tried.
